1. What if there is an emergency and staff is needed right away?
If there is an emergency and staff is needed right away you can contact our office at 773-685-9399 Monday-Friday between the hours of 8AM-5PM, if it is not between those hours please call our emergency line at 773-685-6863.

2. I am having a party, but do not have a caterer. Does Prime Staffing provide food and rental items?
No. Prime Staffing does not provide food and rental items, but we can recommend caterers and rental companies to handle your party needs.

3. What if I need to cancel an event?
Any event can be cancelled up to 48 hours in advance. Cancellation within 48 hours of an event will result in a service charge.

4. Will a Prime Staffing Manager come on site to assist with check-in?
For jobs of 25 or more or at the clients requests for special events, Prime Staffing is happy to send an on site manager to assist with check-in. We also have lead servers to check in groups between 5-20 staff members. A Prime Staffing manager is often checking in events between 5-20 people as well but we also have lead servers to check in groups between 5-20 staff members too.

5. What uniforms does the staff wear?
This is up to the client's discretion. Prime Staffing can recommend what would fit with the theme of the party. Typically the uniform is White Bistro, (long sleeve white dress button down shirt, with a long black tie, black pants, black apron, black socks, and black shoes). Black Bistro, (long sleeve black button down shirt, long black tie, black pants, black apron, black socks and black shoes) Full Tuxedo, or Semi Tuxedo (Tuxedo uniform without the jacket).

6. Does Prime Staffing carry Liquor Liability Insurance?
Yes. Prime Staffing carries Liquor Liability Insurance for the clients' protection.

7. Do you have B.A.S.S.E.T certified Bartenders?
Yes. Prime Staffing can provide B.A.S.S.E.T certified Bartenders.

8. What is included in the bill rate?
Included in the bill rate for each staff member is, the workers wage, payroll taxes, insurance, worker compensation insurance and unemployment insurance.

9. How do I know I am going to get experienced and knowledgeable staff?
Prime Staffing has an in depth interview and training process to ensure that every staff member sent out to the job is experienced in the field they will be working. All of the training and testing is done prior to any of our staff working at any job.

10. Does Prime Staffing have van service for larger jobs?
Yes, Prime Staffing has company-owned vans to make sure everyone shows up together for large events. When parking is limited Prime Staffing will shuttle people in and out of various locations to make it easier for clients.

11. How can we reduce our staffing billing rates based on future business?
As you plan ahead with your event bookings you may qualify for our best price advantage with a long term forecast of booked staffing events.

12. Do we have a way to contact our personal staffing consultant after hours or on week-ends?
